By submitting this registration request, you confirm that you are the practice owner or an authorised representative of the practice, and agree to the Direct2Vet Terms of Use , and acknowledge that the practice is responsible for:

• Managing who has access to the practice's Direct2Vet login credentials.
• Ensuring account details and payment/banking information are accurate and kept up to date at all times.
• Any unauthorised or incorrect changes made using practice staff access.
• Confirming that the details and documents provided are accurate, complete, and authorised by the veterinary practice.

You understand that RSPCA Pet Insurance will rely on the information provided by the practice for claim and payment processing.

RSPCA Pet Insurance will contact the clinic to verify the information supplied, request additional supporting documents, and use these details to set up and administer access to Direct2Vet.

If any registration details change after submission, the practice can update most details via the Account Profile page (excluding the email address). Any changes submitted will be sent to the Vet Support team for review and will be approved or declined accordingly.
